Ingredients:
  • 1kg chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp Tonwo Red Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Method:
  • Mix Tonwo Red Pepper with oil and garlic powder.
  • Coat chicken generously.
  • Marinate (minimum 1 hour).
  • Grill or bake at 200°C for 25–30 mins.
  • Brush extra sauce in the final 5 minutes.
